1. Returns

• You may return most items purchased from Tribae.in within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Some products may be non-returnable or subject to special terms. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tribae.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be credited within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
• Shipping costs (including initial shipping) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If your refund request is denied, we will notify you with reasons.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If approved the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days .

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@tribae.in with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 4 DAYS of placing them. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and will be subject to the return policy.
